Returns & Refunds Policy

At Camilla Hospitality, we are committed to providing high-quality travel products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return only at the time of delivery.

  • Products must be checked in the presence of the delivery personnel.

  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return.

2. Time Frame for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated immediately at the time of delivery.

  • Once the delivery is completed and accepted by the customer, no returns will be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • If a return is accepted at the time of delivery, the payment (Cash on Delivery) will not be collected, and no charge will apply.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery acceptance are not eligible for return or refund.

5. How to Request a Refund After Delivery

  • Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours after delivery.

  • Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue along with photo or video evidence.

  • We will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
